LogoPixi (“LogoPixi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand operated by TOBODIGI LLC, a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. LogoPixi is a logo and brand identity design studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through logopixi.com, our enquiry channels and our projects, and how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. TOBODIGI LLC is responsible for your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us - Contact details: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and country or city. - Project information: your brief, budget, files, content, feedback and messages. - Billing details: billing name, address and invoice details. We do not receive or store your full card number. Card and account details are entered directly with our payment processors. - Account access that you choose to share for your project (for example hosting, Shopify, publishing or app store accounts). We use this only for your project and ask you to change passwords after handover.

Information collected automatically - Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (section 4).

Information from others - Payment confirmations and fraud-screening results from our payment processors, and information from platforms you connect us to for your project.

2. How we use your information

3. Payment processors

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal and, where agreed, Payoneer. When you pay, you give your payment details directly to the processor, which handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards (including PCI-DSS for card data). The processors share with us confirmation of payment, the amount, your name and email, the last digits or type of your card, and fraud-screening results. They may also use your information to meet their own legal obligations, such as anti-money-laundering checks.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. Depending on the page and your choices, these may include:

Live chat and advertising tracking load only after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Meta Pixel is not loaded, even if you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the site footer or the advertising settings below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your Facebook/Meta ad settings, Google’s Ads Settings, or industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of “sharing” for advertising where applicable.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

6. International transfers

TOBODIGI LLC is based in the United States, and our providers and team members may be in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and project, invoice and payment records for as long as needed for the project and for tax and legal purposes (generally 7 years). Project files are kept as described in our Delivery & Fulfilment Policy. After these periods, we delete or anonymise the information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, such as access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send card details, passwords or sensitive information through our enquiry forms, chat or WhatsApp.

9. Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights (United States, including California)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: - Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it; - Ask us to correct or delete your personal information; - Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Where advertising pixels count as “sharing”, you can opt out through our cookie or tracking preferences, through GPC, or by emailing us; - Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information for that purpose); - Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. Visitors from the UK, EU or other regions may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to their local data protection authority. Where those laws apply, we process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, or with your consent.

To make a request, email Info@logopixi.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorised agent. We respond within the time the law requires (generally 30–45 days).

11. Australian privacy rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on our website.

Cookie and advertising settings on this website

Essential browser storage remembers whether you have dismissed the enquiry popup and your cookie choice. This tab also retains unfinished enquiry fields and the reference linking your saved contact enquiry for up to 24 hours, so a refresh does not lose your progress. Draft storage is cleared after successful brief submission; closing the tab normally clears it too. If browser storage is unavailable, progress can only be kept while the page stays open. Google Fonts receives a request from your browser to display the site’s typefaces. Hosting services may use their own essential security cookies.

Meta Pixel loads only with a saved, unexpired “Allow advertising” choice. New visitors are not prompted and advertising tracking stays off unless they opt in using the settings below. It can measure page visits, a successfully saved enquiry and WhatsApp link clicks, and may use cookies to help Meta measure and personalise advertising. Meta receives browser and connection information, the page address and event information. Our event code does not send the name, email, phone number or design-brief text you enter, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled by this site’s code. A click on a WhatsApp link is not treated as a completed enquiry.

You can choose “Essential only” and still use the enquiry form. Use the settings below, also linked from the website footer, to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent advertising events; it cannot recall events already sent. If no Meta Pixel is configured, advertising tracking remains disabled. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
